If you provide special categories of personal datain the context of your request, e.g health data, the processing is based on Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h GDPR (care or treatment in the health sector).

Storage periods or criteria for determination:

If health data are processed, the processing is based on Art. 9 para. 2 a GDPR (consent for special categories of personal data).

Withdrawl of your consent

You have the possibility to withdraw your consent at any time .You can exercise your right to withdraw your consent by sending an informal e-mail to [info@ottobock.com]. Please note that this does not affect the permissible data processing that took place until the withdrawl.

Storage periods or criteria for determination:

The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you cancel the newsletter and will be deleted after expiration of separate storage obligations.
